Parts Policy & Ordering Terms
All necessary replacement parts are paid for by the customer upon a spoken or written agreement to move forward with the repair.
Fine Print: We collect payment for the parts and then order them on your behalf, or the customer can pay for the part directly using their own payment method while paying us to handle the supplier transaction. Unless otherwise stated by the company, we choose the parts supplier.
Customers may supply generally available parts themselves from standard retail suppliers like Online, Retail and similar vendors.
Accepted vs. Restricted Customer-Supplied Parts: While customers are welcome to supply components like hard drives, RAM, and motherboards, we will not accept displays, small internal components, or major device components that need to be replaced unless we can knowingly trust and source them through our own trusted supplier network.
